Rebbeca Bell Stanton
Co-Founder +
CEO

Rebecca Bell-Stanton is a dynamic leader and accomplished attorney with nearly two decades of experience in high-stakes litigation. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Ashara, she has built a reputation for delivering strategic solutions in complex legal matters, particularly in class action litigation, product liability, and consumer rights.

Rebecca’s expertise spans catastrophic tort cases, professional responsibility actions, and employment litigation, where she has successfully represented clients across multiple states. Her ability to navigate intricate legal challenges has earned her recognition as a trusted advocate and industry leader.

Before embarking on her legal career, Rebecca was a competitive coach for speech and debate, fostering excellence in young minds. Her passion for mentorship continues today, as she dedicates time to mock trial teams, mentorship programs, and law school advocacy initiatives.

Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Behavioral Science in Communications and Political Science from Hardin-Simmons University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Texas and Pennsylvania, as well as multiple federal courts.

Beyond her professional achievements, Rebecca is committed to empowering future leaders and driving meaningful change in her industry. Her dedication to excellence, innovation, and advocacy makes her a formidable force in the legal and business world.

With over 15 years in healthcare, he brings a keen eye for efficiency and a passion for innovation, Shannon has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s mission and ensuring seamless execution across all departments.

His expertise includes medical distribution, medical equipment, labs, and industry knowledge allowing him to foster a culture of collaboration and impact. Shannon’s dedication to streamlining processes and optimizing performance has led to measurable success in scaling operations and has made him a well-sought after resource in the healthcare field. 

His ability to blend strategic vision with hands-on execution continues to position Ashara as a leader in the wound care and vitality industries.
